Nauman Fakhar leads the ISV Solutions Architect team at Databricks. With his deep knowledge around data engineering, Data Science, machine learning, and analytics, Nauman helps companies attain quantifiable business value from their technology investments, including Spark, Hadoop, and other open source technologies. He works closely with Databricks partners to help architect joint solutions and take them to market. He is a trusted advisor and thought leader who has built and executed complex data analytics and AI strategy for customers and partners. He earned a BS in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Joe Spinelle, Director of E&T, leads the Data Empowerment organization, consisting of the Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Google Analytics teams. Joe's teams are focused on enabling the entire organization to get the maximum value out of their data assets. Joe came to J.B. Hunt in December of 2019, after spending 14 years at Toyota in supply chain information systems, and 10 years at Tempur Sealy in ERP implementation, BI, and Data Management. Joe lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Alisa, and two dogs.

Ritu Jain is Director of Product Marketing at Qlik. In this role, she is responsible for the go-to-market strategy for Qlik’s Data Integration portfolio with a specific focus on Data Lake Creation solutions and associated products. Ritu has over 20 years of experience in Data Management and analytics and led global marketing strategy for multiple industry verticals and solutions at SAS, Alteryx, and Teradata prior to joining Qlik. Ritu has a Masters in IT and New Product Development from North Carolina State University, and an MBA from Delhi University, India.
