He has delivered seminars or presentations at Semantic Technology and Business conferences, the centers for Medicare and Medicaid security training conferences, the Business Rules Forum as well as JaveOne.
Scott Van Buren
Scott Van Buren is a senior consulting software engineer for Blue Slate Solutions. Scott has spent the last 13 years working in information technology and business consulting. His expertise is centered in database design, data warehousing, data analytics, reporting, and semantic technology. He leads both the data management and semantic centers of excellence as well as leading the semantic technology aspect of Blue Slate’s innovation lab. Scott’s background includes expertise in the fields of accounting and technical architectural sales. Recently he has focused on designing ontologies and implementing data integration solutions for large healthcare payers.
