Issue Resolution Service for Immediate Value-add to

the Business

DATE: 2016-05-04

TIME: 2 PM Eastern / 11 AM Pacific

PRICE: Free to all attendees

About the Webinar

Jefferson County School District is a large K-12 enterprise with over 85,000 students and 14,000 employees located in Denver Co. A previous effort to stand-up Data Governance that focused on policy documentation and technical requirements was perceived as IT-driven and met with lackluster support from the business. Our DG reboot is focused on creating a demand-driven structure that meets a critical business need to resolve cross-departmental data challenges that are emerging as we integrate our enterprise applications (source systems) in real-time. Our DG structures and policies will then mature over time as its perceived value to the organization increases.

This session will explore:
    ·     Change Management Approaches: Non-intrusive, Value-add, “Land and Expand”
    ·     Designing an Issue Resolution Workflow: Policy, Stewardship, Architecture
    ·     Adopting the CMMI Maturity Model: Rubrics, Metrics, etc.
